The Hotel Gandiol is the last hotel in the Barbary Language which was created and built by a native of the area, a young globetrotter. It is a friendly place of accommodation located on the banks of the Senegal River, just 15 minutes from the citadel of Saint-Louis.
It is on the edge of the Senegal River and separated from the Atlantic Ocean by this strip of land called the “langue de barbarie”. You can admire the beauty of the landscape and its flora, the bird park opposite and the sunset over the river is breathtaking.
The Gandiol Hotel has a capacity of 26 beds distributed in huts with traditional architecture. It has 2 types of boxes:
They all have a view of the river and the sea and are equipped with television, air conditioning and a private terrace. A cleaning service is provided daily and linen available for a fee.
The hotel has an unsupervised swimming pool with solarium and a private beach with deckchairs. It also has private and guarded parking.
